*Primordial Yoga is a strength-based movement practice that fuses primal calisthenics, breathwork, shadow boxing techniques, meridian tapping, kundalini yoga, and dance. Using root and sacral chakra movements driven musically by intense beats, the intention is held around connecting us to our soul's unique expression of inner power and recognizing what intuition feels like in an embodied way. Primordial Yoga was co-created by Leah Purugganan Slagenwhite, founder of Ancient Heart Yoga, and channeled from the ancestors and all Goddesses of tantra, love & beauty, fertility, ferocity, and sensuality. This incredible style of movement encourages us to get playful and curious with our primal nature as. All levels of movement will be explored in this class and the intensity is high, around 4/5 to 5/5. Please note that music will be loud with the purpose of focusing on how the beat moves through the body. It is not what is said, but what is felt that is most important. All levels of students are welcome and accepted. As always, use your own discretion and meet yourself where you are at when engaging in any kind of movement practice. Verbally expressing excitement through shouting, yelling, whooping is encouraged in this class!

Come hydrated with an open mind, ready to focus on yourself.
