Refund policy

Due to the nature of many of our products, along with state and federal laws, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on many of our items, including all adult items, custom leather work, sale items, vintage and non-Noir branded apparel, unless a mistake was made on our part, such as a wrong item sent. 

We will accept returns and exchanges on Noir branded apparel up to 30 days from delivery of your purchase. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
